Preheat the oven to 350F. Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl, Whisk in the eggs, crÅme fraöche, and a little at a time, the milk. Stir the ham and cheese into the flour mixture. Divide the mixture among 6 small buttered tartlet molds and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
